We know that it can be difficult to choose a pair of sunglasses online, without the benefit of holding them in your hands and trying them on. Sometimes what something looks like in real life seems totally different than what you expected when you fell in love with it online. And getting "stuck" with online purchases can really be a bummer.


We want you to look and feel nothing less than amazing in your Red Carpet Eyewear. That's why we offer a no-risk Look Amazing Guarantee: If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your sunglasses within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, plus we'll pay for return shipping. We'll send you a label, you'll slap it on the original shipping box and drop it in a mailbox, and we'll take care of the rest. If you want to try something else instead, we're also happy to exchange your item.

Need more time? No problem. We accept returns within 30 days from when your order was shipped. Just ship back the return via the carrier of your choice and we'll refund your order total. 

All returned items must be in new, unworn condition with tags still attached. Any included accessories must also be returned.

Complete the form below to request a Return Merchandise Authroization (RMA) number. This number must be written on the outside of your return package. Returned items without this number cannot be identified or processed. 

Defective items must be handled through the Lifetime Warranty claim process.



If possible, please return your product in the original shipping box.

Please do not forget to fill in your RMA number, as this is required to process your return.


We recommend shipping your return through a carrier that will provide a tracking number and, if desired, insurance. FedEx, UPS, and USPS Priority Mail all provide such services.


Outside of the 14-day guarantee window, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or an error has occurred when filling the order. 

Red Carpet Eyewear cannot be responsible for packages that are damaged during return shipment. We also cannot be responsible for packages that we cannot verify have been received (i.e. no proof of delivery or tracking number). 



Returns are processed upon receipt of the product. Once your return has been approved, the original purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method via PayPal. You can expect a refund within 7 to 14 days of our receipt of your return.
